Well after countless hours of driving we finally arrived at Monticello and it is beautiful there! Now I don't consider myself a plant person but man the second the house tour was done and we went on to the grounds I was amazed at what beauty was there. But all of that in a minute, during the house tour my brother nearly fainted (and Bonnie pleased don't freak out when you read this) he had to be taken outside and was given water and a barf bag. Now he hasn't really completely recovered, if fact he laying in bed as I write, but he made a good recovery. The big mystery is why he almost fainted, he had a good breakfast, lots of sleep, but I, personally, think it was dehydration. Anyway enough about baby brother, Monticello literally means "little mountain" and there is the "big mountain" (see below) across the way. I would say more but bed is calling and really Monticello is something you have to see to understand.
